I picked up the brush because it relaxes me and is very much like meditation. I started painting as a teenager, but began painting on a regular basis about 25 years ago. Prior to that I only painted maybe one painting a year. I told a friend of mine that I wanted to start to paint more, but didn’t have the time. He said, “do you have 15 minutes a day?” I said “yes,” he said “well, you can start painting,” and that’s what I did!!
